Protecting Our Kids :
 From Television

kidswatchingTV.jpgThe world we live in is not always ideal. We need to know our kids are safe. Safe on the internet, television, the street, you name it! As Moms we are constantly watching our children. Here are a few good places to start:

Parent Television Council

Keeping our children safe from what they watch on t.v. is what the PTC is all about. As parents we need to become active and support those who are trying to make our homes a safe environment for our kids. The PTC is fighting the “big corporations” in public t.v. and telling them that the filth and garbage that comes into our living rooms has no business on “family cable”. These cable executives will tell you to filter out the objectional programs. Well, this is all fine and dandy, but you are still paying for what you aren’t watching! We need to tell these executives that “enough is enough”. Go to the Parents Television Council and join them in fighting the indecency on America’s televisions.
